Ms. Lamfei Lin is the President of Lamfei Lin Builders. Ms. Lin is so confident in the quality and workmanship of her housing products, she formed Lamfei Lin Builders, A Professional Corporation, as testimony to her commitment to offer affordable housing to people seeking alternate living accommodations.

Being the oldest of four children with one parent, Ms. Lin immigrated to the United States in 2017 looking to begin a new and prosperous life for herself while continuing to provide for her family in Hong Kong. Initially, she struggled to find affordable housing due to her limited financial resources. Also, it was difficult for her to cope with the unknown family structure embraced by the American family – where family generations live separate from one another, while only gathering for important holidays.

Lam Fei missed the multigenerational family structure she experienced as a child and understands how dependent Asian families are to this hierarchical structure. One of her most ambitious life’s goal is to support her community and fellow Chinese and Hong Kong patriots by providing affordable housing, giving every family an opportunity to live in a neighborhood community environment.

Ms. Lin knows and understands the value of multi-generational families living together and the unique, caring support each generation offers to the family structure. She understands that to have a functioning multi-generational family living, supporting and helping each other, requires adequate lodging accommodations. To function properly and provide the care necessary for the multigenerational family structure to be effective and prosperous, each individual requires a quiet sanctuary where one can go to regenerate his or her mind, body and spirit.

It’s this goal, as stated in Lamfei Lin Builders Mission Statement, to provide exclusive Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) that offer unique, but cost-effective, housing opportunities for multigenerational families, homeowners and landlords without the burden of a large monetary investment or a mortgage.
