WHO IS LAMFEI LIN BUILDERS?
Lamfei Lin Builders was established solely for the purpose of offering affordable living space alternatives to complement existing Single-family Dwellings.
The production team of Lamfei Lin Builders consists of a President (fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin), State of California licensed Civil Engineer, State of California licensed General Contractor, a draftsperson and full-time company-employed construction crews.
At Lamfei Lin Builders, it’s our goal to offer unique, cost-effective secondary living spaces to our clients at fair and affordable prices.
Lamfei Lin Builders offer distinctively unique Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) that provide a sense of serenity and peace of mind knowing the level of construction is beyond the minimum fire- and life-safety, energy, conservation, sanitation and structural standards required by the State of California and local city and county building departments
To keep the ADU development and construction costs as low as possible, and with the unique talents of Lamfei Lin Builders staff, we will not charge for drafting and engineering services, passing on to our clients savings in excess of $5,000. Also, ALL construction material costs, and construction worker labor fees will be billed to the property owner without price mark-ups.
